Payment Options
Aside from VISA and MasterCard, you can also pay using Interac e-transfer cash and cheque. We accept almost every insurance provider that covers dental treatments(such as Blue Cross, Canada Life & SunLife). We also accept Ontario Disability Support Program(ODSP) as a provider for patients with dental coverage. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions!
Do you accept CDCP?
Yes, we accept the Canada Dental Care Program (CDCP). For more information on government programs and eligibility please visit https://canada.ca
Do you accept insurance for dental treatments?
Yes, we accept nearly all insurance providers that cover dental treatments, including companies like Blue Cross, Canada Life, and Sun Life. Depending upon your insurance company, reimbursement is done using cheque or direct deposit as per the agreement.
Is coverage from the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) accepted?
Absolutely! We accept the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) for patients with dental coverage.
Do you accept HSO?
Yes, we accept Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO).
Can I combine CDCP & HSO?
Yes, it is acceptable to combine coverage from CDCP & HSO.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using VISA or MasterCard, as well as Interac e-Transfer, cash, and cheque.
Is there a fee if I don't show up to my appointment?
Yes, unless we’re notified at least 2 business days prior to the appointment.
